- Account & Contact Data: Name and optional profile details you provide.
- Wallet Data: Public wallet addresses if you connect a wallet (we never request or store private keys).
- PFP Generator Data: Prompts, style parameters, and generated image metadata. By default, we do not store generated images unless you choose to save/share them.
- Chart Analyzer Data: Uploaded chart screenshots/photos, prompts, and analysis metadata. By default, uploads are processed only to produce the analysis result.
- Sentiment & News Analytics Data: Your search parameters (e.g., keywords/tickers, timeframe, source filters) and derived analytics (e.g., sentiment score 0–100, narrative summary, detected catalysts/risks). We may store links/titles/excerpts of publicly available items strictly for display and traceability; the underlying content remains with the original publisher.
- Usage & Device Data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, timestamps, and interactions for security (e.g., CSRF/rate-limit) and reliability analytics.
- Community Content: Posts, messages, or media you submit on CatyVerse platforms.
2) How We Use Information
- Operate and deliver features (PFP Generator, Chart Analyzer, and Sentiment & News Analytics), including AI inference on your inputs.
- Provide explanations and follow-up Q&A based on results (educational only; not financial advice).
- Improve quality, safety, and performance (e.g., abuse detection, model/product improvements).
- Communicate updates and handle user requests.
- Enforce policies, protect users, and comply with legal obligations.
3) AI Processing, Sources & Third-Party Services
- AI Processing: We may process prompts, parameters, and uploads using our infrastructure and/or trusted AI providers under appropriate agreements. Providers process data solely to deliver requested functionality.
- Public Sources: Sentiment & News Analytics aggregates publicly available items (e.g., headlines, forum posts) and links to the originals. We respect publisher rights and robots policies; full content belongs to the respective owners.
- External Sites: Clicking an external link subjects you to that site’s terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites.
4) Cookies & Local Storage
- Session & CSRF: Secure cookies for session integrity and CSRF protection.
- Rate-Limit (RL) Cookies: Anonymous signed counters to enforce fair usage across features (PFP, Chart Analyzer, Sentiment & News).
- Preferences/Analytics: Optional cookies/local storage to remember UI preferences and measure feature usage. You can control cookies via your browser; some features may not work if disabled.
5) Data Retention
- PFP Generator: Prompts/parameters may be logged minimally for abuse prevention and debugging. Generated images are not retained by default unless you explicitly save/share them.
- Chart Analyzer: Uploaded images are processed to produce the analysis; by default we do not retain the original file after generation completes, aside from transient caching strictly necessary for delivery or security.
- Sentiment & News Analytics: We may retain query parameters, derived analytics (scores/summaries), and references (links/titles) for reproducibility, moderation, and product improvement. We do not claim rights over third-party content.
- Logs: Security and operational logs are retained for a limited period as necessary to operate and protect the Service.
- We may aggregate or anonymize data for analytics and product improvement.
6) Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers (hosting, storage/CDN, analytics, support, AI inference) bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations; with authorities where required by law; or to protect our rights, users, and the Service.
7) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., HTTPS, access controls, least privilege, encrypted transport). No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and protect your wallet/private keys.
8) International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable laws.
9) Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
